A New York City-based boutique creative agency specializing in public relations, branding, and fashion styling, RRR Creative is seeking a well-rounded, motivated, and wildly enthusiastic magical unicorn...er...Producing & Publicity intern to join our team. This Intern will work directly with RRR Creative's Co-Founder's on a variety of publicity projects and pre-production for several theatrical productions and other projects currently in development. This is an ideal position for eager college students or recent post-grads looking for hands-on experience with growth potential.
RRR Creative's clients include high-profile personalities, professional artists, and productions, in the worlds of film & television, fashion, music, art, and LGBTQ+.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Producing & Publicity Intern will assist with all of the daily responsibilities required for launching a production (ranging from pre-Broadway, to TYA, presentations, and concerts) and publicizing RRR's roster of projects and clients. Regular tasks may include:
Assisting with communication between producer and creative team, stage management, artists, crew, vendors, management, journalists, clients, etc.
On-site assistance at photo shoots, rehearsals, interviews, and media presentations.
Assisting on publicity and social media campaigns.
General administrative support, including answering phones, data entry, running errands, and research.
REQUIREMENTS
Be smart, sharp, and social
Have an insanely high interest in theater, fashion, and music
A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Excellent people skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Squarespace, Dropbox & Google Drive
Proficient in all social media platforms
Basic design and/or photography skills are a plus
* You must be able to dedicate at least 3 full days a week for 3-6 months
* You must reside in the NYC area
