RYAN R. RATELLE, CO-FOUNDER

Ryan is a New York City-based producer, publicist, and director with more than 20 years of experience working on Broadway. He is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of RRR Creative (Triple R), a boutique creative agency based in New York City. Current and past clients include a wide range of productions, personalities, and events, such as Tony, Grammy, and Emmy Award-winner Billy Porter, Tony Award-winners Lena Hall and Lindsay Mendez, Victor Garber, Jason Rodriguez, Tectonic Theater Project, Madison Wells Live, Broadway Dreams, and more. He has created brand identities, websites, and strategic communications plans for countless high-profile clients in the entertainment, fashion, non-profit, and hospitality industries. As a producer, Ryan was pleased to collaborate with Sony Pictures and Clive Davis as a producer on the acclaimed biopic Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance with Somebody, which was released in theaters worldwide on December 25, 2023. He has several projects in development under the RRR Productions umbrella, including Austen's Pride - A New Musical of Pride and Prejudice (Seattle 5th Avenue, Carnegie Hall, upcoming pre-Broadway national tour), Merrilee Mannerly - A Magnificent New Musical (upcoming Off-Broadway), Alice in Dragland, I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti, and The Message – a new musical based on Sam Ratelle’s upbringing in a religious cult. As a publicist, Ratelle managed award-winning publicity campaigns for more than 20 Broadway productions, including Michael Moore: The Terms of My Surrender, Sunset Boulevard starring Glenn Close, School of Rock - The Musical, CATS, After Midnight, Kinky Boots, Clybourne Park, Patti LuPone's Gypsy, Spider-Man Turn Off The Dark, Wicked, Grease, and many more. He was the personal publicist for legendary composer, Andrew Lloyd Webber and The Actors Fund. For three seasons, he was the Artistic Director of Hartford Children's Theatre in Connecticut where he staged and designed award-winning productions of Pinkalicious, Willy Wonka, Jason Robert Brown's 13, Little Women, Beauty and the Beast, and more. He single-handedly designed and implemented HCT on the Road, a touring division that brought theater directly to under-served children in communities throughout the tri-state area. In his three seasons at HCT, Ratelle led the charge to revitalize the Main Stage, garnering rave reviews, increasing attendance by 40%, and winning three National Youth Theatre Awards. Ryan’s design work has been seen at Kensington Palace in the UK and at the Museum of Broadway where he co-designed the Ziegfeld Follies exhibit with Sam Ratelle.
